• Users may leave ratings and reviews for providers after service completion
• Reviews must be honest and based on actual service experience
• Defamatory, false, or abusive reviews may be removed
• Providers cannot manipulate reviews or ratings through fake accounts

• Repeated cancellations by providers may result in penalties or account suspension
• Force majeure events may be considered for full refunds at our discretion

• Users and providers should attempt to resolve disputes directly first
• Unresolved disputes may be escalated to our customer service team
• We will review booking details, messages, and verification data when resolving disputes
• Our decisions are final in matters of refunds and dispute resolution

• We are not responsible for disputes between users and service providers
• Our role is to facilitate bookings and payments
• We do not guarantee the quality or safety of services provided
• Users engage service providers at their own risk

• All content on Bookaa, including logos, designs, and software, is our property
• Users and providers retain rights to their own content, but grant us license to use it on the platform

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
